The Administrative Block

The Administrative Block is an attractive double-story building that is beautifully adorned with green plants all through the year. It bears all the important offices like those of the Principal, the Vice Principal, the Academic Coordinator, the Secretary, the Bursar and the Female & the Male Staff Room.

The Wings

The Wings have spacious and airy rooms for all the classes. This too is a double-story building that is the busiest place all through the day. The tastefully decorated corridors and classrooms evoke a sense of passion for studies among the students. The efforts of the faculty to maintain the classrooms are no doubt tremendous. An outstanding feature of the Wings is the Teacher Resource Center. This center provides valuable teaching resources and teaching aids to the teachers.

The Residential Houses

The Residential Houses provide shared accommodation to the residential students and staff. Modernage provides two main houses for residential purposes. Of these the Kid�s Paradise accommodates students from classes Nursery to V and the female students while the Youth Wing does the same to male students from VI onwards. Each room provides shared lodging to not more than four students.

The Yousafi Auditorium

The Yousafi Auditorium has been named after the famous Pakistani writer Mr. Mushtaq Ahmed Yousafi. It not only provides a superb spot to the visiting artists, poets and writers but also enables the students to perform on the campus. It is a hub of the various house activities all through the year. It has a capacity to seat about 400 people. A well-decorated stage and adjoining dressing rooms give an opportunity to the students to present their events in a classical manner. The walls of the auditorium bear memories of the various events that have been taking place over the years.

The Dining Hall

The Dining Hall provides a comfortable and perfect place for the meals to the residential students. Spacious and bright, it has proved itself to be a point of both enjoyment and fun. It also serves as the TV room of the students. The efficient dinning staff keeps the entire dining area spotless and hygienic.

The Ali Muhammad Mosque

The Ali Muhammad Mosque has been named after a brilliant student Master Ali Muhammad of the college. It is no doubt a spiritual center of the college. The Muslim students offer their prayers five times a day. Regular sessions of the teaching of The Holy Quran are held daily. The interested students are provided an opportunity of Hifz and Nazara as well.

The Playground

The Playground is the center of the sporting activities. Surrounded on all sides by the young silver oaks and colorful legistonia it is an attraction for all the students during their leisure time.

The Science & Computer Laboratories

The Science & Computer Laboratories being four in number are well stocked with scientific apparatuses required till the Intermediate level. The students get ample chances to develop scientific approach through these labs. The computer lab has been recently upgraded and now it has individual computers for thirty students at a time. Plans are underway to further modernize the science laboratories.

The Library

The Library of Modernage has been recently developed keeping in view the importance of reading for the students regarding their academic, personal and career needs. Adjacent to the Yousafi Auditorium, it is easily accessible and bears over 3000 volumes. Besides a wide variety of encyclopedias, maps, audio and video cassettes, CDs, daily newspapers and weekly and monthly periodicals are a source of attraction for the entire community of Modernage. New additions are being made on regular basis.

The Cafeteria

The Cafeteria is a sheer source of delight for all. Located in front of the residential houses, it remains open till 1600 hrs. It offers clean and hygienic food stuffs of excellent quality. During the cold months, the hot tea of the school cafeteria is no doubt a reason to go on.

The Kindergarten

The Kindergarten of Modernage can be regarded as a safe haven for the young saplings. Located on the Pine View Road, at a distance of five minutes drive from the main campus, it lies directly on the foothills of the Shimla. It accommodates only the very little ones of Play group, Nursery and Prep. The young ones get ample chances to enjoy their pre school years. Special programs of sports, music, arts and cultural activities keep them busy and help to develop a desire to come to school without creating any early morning fuss. With its colours and warmth, the Modernage Kindergarten has played a major role in the development of positive attitudes among the young children.

The Junior School

Adjacent to the Kindergarten is the Junior School. It is only a day school that is up to the primary level.

The Ruby Wing

As stated earlier, Modernage provides separate classes for girls from class 6onwards. The girls� campus is known as the Ruby Wing. Located on the Manshera Road, the Ruby Wing is up to the Intermediate level. It boasts spacious lawns and beautiful green trees that enhance the grace of its double story building. Science and Computer laboratories and Library are being improved at a steady pace
