The school will provide the
following items:

The
students are not allowed to keep with them any item of
clothing except those mentioned in the prescribed school
outfit. All the items of the kit must be marked with clearly
with permanent ink. Students are strictly forbidden to lend
or borrow any item listed above. While every possible
precaution is taken, the school is NOT responsible for any
loss or damage to any child’s belongings. |
Books & Stationery |
Modernage has a well-stocked
book shop on the premises that provides for all the
necessary stationery items and books required by the
students. The children are not allowed to carry any money
for buying books and stationery from the school book shop.
All the required items issued by the school are charged for
in the monthly bills. Other than school all the books and
stationery items are also available in the local market.
A student must have a
complete set when he/she arrives in the school, otherwise it
will be the school’s responsibility to issue the required
from the school stationery. Parents must ensure that the
books and stationery in the child’s satchel are complete,
clean and kept in order. |

The day boarders have a
temporary stay in the school till the evening study. They
are required to submit the following items with the house
master/mistress: |

Withdrawal and Discharge |
The intended withdrawal of a
child should be reported in writing to the Principal one
month in advance or in lieu thereof, one month’s fee will be
charged. This regulation applies both to the boarders and
the day scholars but not to the children of Armed Personnel
or Government servants when they are posted out of station.
In the latter case a copy of the transfer order should be
attached, if possible, with the written notice.
Notice of withdrawal during
the winter vacation must be submitted before 31st
December else the student’s name will be transferred to
his/her new class for the new academic year. In such an
incidence, the fee will become payable for the month of
March in case of day scholars, and for the first quarter in
case of boarders.
No school leaving certificate
or any other kind of certificate will be issued until all
the fees and other dues have been paid.
No notice of withdrawal of a
child will be accepted immediately prior to either the
summer or the winter holidays. The child will still be
liable to pay for the holiday fees.
